Fitletic is designed to help women achieve their health & fitness goals. We know how important training is to your physical and mental health, so we’re here to make sure you have a safe place to focus on yourself! We provide detailed training all within a supportive & motivating environment. 

OUR PROGRAMS…

At Fitletic we run our signature LIFT & CONDITIONING program, this program is written by the coaches that train you! Our structure is designed for maximum impact, variety, better quality of movement & to ensure you feel fit, strong and unstoppable in your everyday life. 

Our sessions are catered to ALL fitness levels. As coaches, our highest priority is making sure that training is accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

LIFT & CONDITIONING…

Our LIFT & CONDITIONING program is designed as a hybrid training plan.

This program begins with our daily mobility drills to warm up, focusing on movement supporting our session plan ahead.

Next, we move to our LIFT piece, this allows us to focus on our main lift of the day, paired strength accessories & mobility movements to support form and progress.

Lasty, our CONDITIONING piece takes our clients through a hybrid training round, here we focus on strength & performance, using a full body split program.

All our programs are carefully designed in six-eight week training blocks. These sessions are full body split workouts, prepared over a weekly flow.
This ensures that whether you train two or six times per week, you’ll get a great workout, plus the design allows you to train consecutive days without the risk of overtraining or injuries. 

Our sessions provide structure & variety, with no two sessions being the same!

During every session we also track our client training stats, this is our biggest game changer! It prompts our members to focus on performance based goals and progression, because we believe that’s when you truly fall in love with fitness!

Every six week training block is then divided by our “Prep week”

FAQ’s

  • We have a 7 day free trial pass available for anyone wanting to try us, however, due to the nature of our session planning and tracking we are a member only studio.

  • We are not licensed of staffed for child minding, HOWEVER- we ARE child friendly. This means your child is welcome to come in while you train.

  • No, we’re still growing. If you book your sessions in advance there won’t be any issue. We never want anyone missing a session. If there is a small waitlist the day before, we put on another coach and open more spots etc. If a session continues to book out and we have a large waitlist (so people miss out) we would put a warning on our website that you should not join if that’s the session you need. At the moment, we don’t have that issue.

  • Absolutely not! Each client has their own goals and we know that.

    There is no pressure to lift big weights if that’s not what you enjoy doing.

    What you see on social media is usually the highlights of someone’s session- and we’re probably guilty of showing more weights then cardio on our social media… some people do not enjoy being filmed whilst doing cardio.

  • Of course, it’s literally why we exist and keep our sessions capped at 12. We’re here to give you a safe place to train.
