At Fitletic we know how motivating it is to set and achieve performance based goals, we also know how empowering it is to be part of a fitness community. It’s for all these reasons that Fitletic choose to become home to official HYROX affiliate coaches, ready to coach the community into the next series of the Hyrox Fitness Race!

In general, Hyrox visits Melbourne every 6-12months, meaning that you can start prepping for your next fitness race at anytime! You can register via the form below to start training with us now.

What is hyrox?

Hyrox is designed for everyday athletes, bringing together all levels of fitness to compete in a race of personal endurance & ability.

The pre-designed fitness course travels the world with the same standards in each country, allowing competitors to track their performance and set Hyrox goals each time the race comes to your city.

THE COURSE, Recorded by completion time;

  • 1000m SkiErg

  • 50m sled pull

  • 50m sled push

  • Broad jump burpees

  • 1000m row

  • 200m farmers carry

  • 100m sandbag lunges

  • 75 wall balls.

  • Between each of the exercise stations there will be a 1km run (8km total).

If you compete as a partnership or team these stations are divided.

FINDING YOUR RACE

There are several ways to participate in Hyrox; singles, doubles and as a relay team. Joining our Hyrox training team allows us to help find the right fit for you. This also means that we can help people find a fitness partner or team for comp day!
If you wish to compete alone, or already have a partner/team, our priority is aiding you in the prep for your chosen race.

the HYROX OPTIONS

OPTION A- Womens Doubles

Doubles means that you and your partner must run the whole 8km, and both do the 8 exercise stations. However, you can break the stations up between you & your partner to focus on your strengths and weaknesses.

OPTION B- Womens Relay

The relay team is made up of 4 participants. Over the 8km run and 8 exercise stations each participant must complete a 2km run and 2 of the exercises, again these can be decided by you and your team mates.

OPTION C- Womens Single

If you wish to compete alone, the course will be completed individually.

FITLETIC/HYROX TRAINING SESSIONS

Hyrox team training sessions are at 8am every Saturday.

You can participate in this WITHOUT being registered for Hyrox. This training is used to help you get ready for the race, no matter when you intend on completing.

PRICING & REGISTRATIONs

HYROX training sessions will run for free, you just need to register. We need to ask some safety questions before coaching you.

HYROX RACE REGISTARTION FEES
You will need to pay this directly to Hyrox in order to compete in a race. The next race day takes place in December 2024.
