At Fitletic, we design group training programs specifically for women.
We believe fitness goes beyond just exercise—it’s about enhancing both mental and physical well-being. That’s why we offer expert coaching, personalised guidance, and a vibrant community committed to helping women become stronger, more confident, and truly unstoppable!
On our timetable you will find our three signature programs:

Our programs cater to all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, you’ll find a program designed to help you achieve results, build strength, and discover a new love for fitness.
STRENGTH ESSENTIALS
Refine your training, build strength, and enhance your results with Strength Essentials. Perfect for all levels— whether you're an experienced lifter who loves weight training, new to lifting, or even returning from injury — with a capacity of eight participants in each session, this program offers personalised coaching to meet you where you are.

🏋️♀️Personalised Training – Small groups of 8 for individual coaching at your own pace.
💡Smart Programming – Progressive strength gains and technique refinement.
📊Personalised Progress Tracking – Your coaches track your training stats- keeping you motivated by seeing improvements over time.
✅Integrated with other programs for a comprehensive fitness approach.
LIFT & CONDITIONING
Our LIFT & CONDITIONING program is a highly effective hybrid training plan designed to help you build strength, improve endurance, and feel unstoppable. With structured programming and challenging workouts, Lift & Conditioning is a great full body session that packs results.

✅Small Group Sessions – Capped at 12 participants for personalised coaching.
📊Personalised Progress Tracking – Your coaches track your training stats- keeping you motivated by seeing improvements over time.
💡Expertly Programmed – Structured weekly flow for continuous development & results- whether you train six days per week, or two days per week; you’ll get an effective training session, without the risk of over training.
PILATES & PERFORMANCE
Built for all fitness levels; Whether you’re an advanced exerciser looking to refine your performance or someone returning to fitness, Pilates and Performance is a great fit. It’s also an excellent resource for bridging the post-partum gap, helping women regain core strength, pelvic floor health, and overall mobility.
