At Fitletic, we design small group training programs specifically for women.

Our programs cater to all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up, you’ll find a program designed to help you achieve results, build strength, and discover a new love for fitness.

All sessions are child and baby friendly, with support for pre and postnatal clients through tailored structures and modifications to keep training safe, effective, and empowering.

Our timetable features three signature programs, intentionally structured to work together and provide the ideal training balance for women — delivering strength, conditioning, and real, sustainable results.

STRENGTH ESSENTIALS

Our Strength program makes up two key days of our weekly training structure and is your go-to for building serious strength.

Whether you're brand new to lifting, returning from injury, or already love weight training — this program is designed to help you train smarter, lift heavier, and feel more confident every single week.

LIFT & CONDITIONING

Our Lift & Conditioning program accounts for three days of our weekly training structure and delivers the perfect blend of strength and endurance — helping you build muscle, boost fitness, and feel unstoppable.

This hybrid program is expertly designed to give you everything you need in one session: smart programming, targeted intensity, and real results — whether you train twice a week or every day.

STRENGTH X PILATES

Strength & Pilates accounts for one core day in our weekly training structure and is also offered at select times throughout the week.

Designed to support strength, stability, and recovery, it’s the perfect complement to your training week. Whether you’re an experienced lifter wanting to improve performance, returning to fitness, or navigating post-partum recovery, this session helps you rebuild from the inside out — focusing on core strength, pelvic floor health, and functional movement.
